What's not to love about this remarkable part of the world. The huge aquatic playground of Lake Eildon is at the end of the street and the Goughs Bay boasts a selection of deep water boat ramps.
This block is nice and big (over 1500m2) and the Land capability assessment has been completed. There's already some established fruit and shade trees. Power is connected to the shed, although we understand that was built without a permit and may need to be removed.
And all of this is within easy reach of Mansfield, 'The Pines' State Forest and the beautiful Delatite River. Mt Buller is just a little further afield and you can be back in Melbourne in a couple of hours....but you will find it hard to leave this little piece of paradise!!
