If you can tear yourself away from the lake view there's another big deck at the rear of the home with lovely leafy views.
And inside this deceptively spacious home is very comfortable with a nice new wood fire to keep you cosy in the cooler months and a split system air-conditioner for instant heating and cooling. The soaring cathedral ceilings feature straw lining that helps insulate the home. There's a big master bedroom downstairs and another couple of bedrooms upstairs with their own bathroom.
Back outside there's a drive through 4 car carport, great sheds including a 12m x 3m beauty plus a nice level backyard and good selection of established fruit trees. There's plenty of guest parking space which will come in handy as you will probably have quite a few visitors keen to join you on the front deck. The friendly parrots don't require parking though!
If you need to stay in touch with the world outside of 'The Bay' you have great mobile reception here and wireless NBN. But our advice is to turn all the devices off, take a break and enjoy the view!
