It's only a modest 'shack' but the location is amazing!!! Stroll down to Lake Eildon to catch a fish for dinner. Wander home and cook it up on the bbq on the big front deck. Enjoy with a few cold beverages, relax and watch the sunset behind the forest covered hills. How does that sound?
Or perhaps you are more of a thrill seeker...launch your boat at the end of the street and head out for some aquatic adventures on the lake, or check out the hectares of State Forest nearby on your motorbike or 4WD.
You can store your boat under the high carport and your motorbikes in the secure shed. There's a concrete floor and power to set up your own workshop for running repairs, and another garden shed for extra storage.
Inside the house there's an open plan living area with a wood heater and reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, a practical kitchen, 3 decent size bedroom and a basic but functional bathroom. There's ample water storage with 2 big rainwater tanks and a solar system to reduce your power bills.
You will probably spend most of your time out on the big timber deck, under the shade of the beautiful Silver Birch with the local native birds popping in for a chat, and a spot of birdseed if you are feeling generous.
