This might just be the best buy in Mansfield. Definitely not glamorous, but solid, liveable and affordable.
With a little bit of imagination and elbow grease you could have a fabulous low-maintenance home or investment property, right in the heart of Mansfield. The bathroom has already been updated and there's a pretty new reverse cycle air-conditioner, but the kitchen could definitely use a little love in the not too distant future.
The fully fenced rear courtyard is a really good size, with a nice lawn area that's ideal if you have a dog or two and there's more grass and established trees out the front plus a carport. You would hardly use a car here though, as everything you need is within walking distance.
You really can't go too far wrong at this price.
