The location is key here! The house is nothing flash but it has great bones, with a couple of solid brick walls and most importantly a nice deck overlooking Lake Eildon. The snowfields of Mt Buller are only a short drive away, via the booming regional town of Mansfield. If you're into motorbike riding, 4WD adventures or downhill mountain biking you have some great tracks within easy reach. The Bonnie Doon Hotel is even closer, particularly by boat, and the meals are fabulous! There are always plenty of good times to be had in this part of the world, in every season!
There are currently 3 good size bedrooms on the first floor of the house, but we think you might be able to create more accommodation downstairs (with council approval of course) or maybe you want to keep the big garage and workshop as your 'mancave'. Whatever your plans, you really can't go wrong with this well priced property. As the saying goes...location! location! location!
