Your new country retreat awaits...with a stunning homestead, a huge entertaining deck and pool and plenty of pasture for a few head of cattle and maybe a pony or two!
Tucked away down a quiet country lane with no through traffic and barely a neighbour in sight, it's hard to believe that you are only a few minutes off the highway and less than 2 hours from Melbourne. Lake Eildon and the renowned Bonnie Doon Hotel are within easy reach, with the booming regional town of Mansfield about 15 minutes drive, en-route to Mt Buller.
The house was only recently completed and has been finished to an exacting standard. A family friendly floorplan with multiple living areas and a thoughtful selection of luxurious but very practical features including Herringbone timber floors, high ceilings with full height doors and windows, zoned ducted heating and cooling and numerous resort quality sun umbrellas on the huge timber deck. Every farm needs a shed and this one is functional and discrete. There's plenty of room to build stables and an arena with just over 10 acres on title, all very useable and easily managed.
