The lightfilled main living area opens onto a huge covered deck with beautiful views and at the other end of the house there's an awesome games room. The house is comfortable in all seasons with a selection of fireplaces, evaporative and split system air-conditioning, ceiling fans, plus excellent insulation and cross ventilation. It's elevated position and perfect solar aspect mean you catch lovely cool breezes in summer and every ray of sun in winter.
There's plenty of parking with a large shed and workshop with concrete floor and power plus big level gravelled areas for extra vehicles and visitors. Low maintenance gardens feature a selection of stunning bird attracting native plants and well established deciduous trees including the stunning ornamental pears lining the driveway. The fully fenced dam paddock has plenty of room for a pony or two, with a gate off Preston Court if you want to load them onto a float. If you're feeling energetic, you can walk up the hill to enjoy the best lake views on the property. We hear that they are spectacular, but we love to look out at The Paps from the deck. Stunning at sunset and no hike required, except to grab a beverage from the fridge!
