Yes the tide is out, so to speak, with water levels low after a few dry years, but it is raining again and the lake is starting to fill up as it always does. Check out the graph we have downloaded from the Goulburn Water website showing the water levels over the years. The blue line is 2026 and it is definitely heading in the right direction. This is the best time to buy a lakefront property!!!
