Escape to your own private park-like retreat, with magnificent trees and a beautiful dam. You could easily create paddocks for a pony or some other livestock, or perhaps you just want to let the kangaroos graze in peace. There's lot of colourful native birds too!
For the human occupants, there are no shortage of accommodation options. The well maintained main home has 2 separate living areas that both open onto the covered alfresco area and 3 bedrooms, including the master with an ensuite bathroom. The main bathroom has a separate shower and bath plus there's a decent laundry. The self contained unit is not quite as flash but it is very comfortable with another 2 bedrooms and its own kitchen and living area plus a combined bathroom and laundry.
There's ample rainwater storage and a 20ft shipping container to store 'stuff' plus a 5.4 kw solar system to keep those pesky power bills at bay. Satellite NBN will let you surf the web and stay in touch with the office...but we think kids (big and small) will prefer outdoor adventures to screentime!
