It's under 3 hours drive from Melbourne via Mansfield and access is via a dirt road so if you like to keep your car clean this is not the property for you! Or forget about the car and pull up your boat at the deep water ramp in front of the house...there's also plenty of space to land a chopper and no neighbours to complain about the noise!
