Once you're home, pretty much the only living things you will see are kangaroos, kookaburras and parrots, unless you invite the human neighbours to join you for a BBQ or game of pool!

It is very pleasant inside, but we think the real attractions here are outside. Magnificent gums with abundant birdlife, a beautiful big dam and of course magnificent Lake Eildon!!! The North facing front verandah is the perfect spot to relax in the sun and take in the lake views. The photos really don't do them justice!
The large shed has plenty of room to store your boat and other toys. There's also a lock up garage under the house roofline and a high span double carport. The land is easily maintained but big enough for the kids (and adults) to run a little wild without a care in the world!
