Lake Eildon and the Bonnie Doon Hotel are both only steps away, and you have a choice of boat ramps within a few minutes including the low level ramp down the other end of Hutchinsons Road. It's been a dry couple of years and the lake is currently at just over 40%, but it will come up again as it always has. It's a great time to snap up a bargain and be sitting pretty when the lake is full again in a year or two.
