With a very patriotic paint job, this neat as a pin property is ready and waiting for you to move in and start enjoying the relaxed lifestyle on offer in this lovely little residential village. It's only 10 minutes from the booming town of Mansfield, but life is a little slower in Maindample and you can ride your bike along the rail trail to 'town' or head the other way to ride across the iconic Bonnie Doon bridge. Why not stop for lunch at the hotel overlooking Lake Eildon? If bike riding is not your thing, it's only 5 minutes in the car and just a couple more to drop your boat in on one of the concrete boat ramps.
The well maintained timber house is set well off the ground with lovely wide verandahs and a big timber deck overlooking the backyard. It's a great spot for a bbq with friends and family. The kitchen has been updated and there's a modern reverse cycle split system air-conditioner in the living area which help keep the whole house warm in winter and cool in summer. There's also a wood fire in the dining area and of course there's a nice big shed in the back yard.
It's not fancy, but it's very comfortable, easily maintained and most importantly affordable!
